How To Take Action

If you suspect abuse or neglect, prompt reporting is important in preventing further abuse and getting your loved one the care and attention they need. Randy Walton and Scott Barber will guide you through the process, and all consultations with Walton Barber LLP are free and confidential.

If you suspect abuse or neglect is presently ongoing, you should immediately contact the regular physician for the resident and describe the abuse or neglect.
