Kim Heil was born and raised in Massachusetts, and has lived in San Diego since 1999. She is a Paralegal as well as the firm’s Office Manager. While she runs the administrative aspects of the practice, she also works closely with Mr. Walton, Mr. Barber and their clients on each and every case the firm handles. Kim is very dedicated to the clients and is quick to offer suggestions and ideas to assist in litigating their cases. Her experience as a Paralegal has been primarily in the areas of personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and neglect, and commercial real estate litigation.
